The project was referred to by all involved as ‘The White House’ due to its 1930’s white rendered finish which was also applied to the out-buildings.
As the property was in a state of disrepair a full scheme was necessary and produced for Planning Consent with a 20% increase in floor space that featured a family kitchen and dining area, separate utility room, ground floor cloak room, formal dining room, extensive lounge, family bathroom and 4 en-suite double bedrooms.
Due to the shape of the building and size of the extension the property required re-roofing and a new rendered finish
